I am searching for a confident Architectural Technician with a keen eye for detail to join a RIBA chartered practice in Hertford. The knowledgeable team provides exceptional architectural, design and building services across the residential and commercial sectors and have an array of exciting upcoming projects. The practice has a great reputation and exceeds all client expectations whilst simultaneously culturing a great work environment for all employees.
The successful Architectural Technician will have significant experience post qualification and should boast creative design flare and exceptional technical abilities alongside a great understanding of current UK building regulations. AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop knowledge is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
- Significant UK-based experience post qualification
- Confidence to learn to deliver projects from planning to completion
- Produce detailed technical drawings in collaboration with the architectural team
- Happy collaborating with the wider team to ensure the client's brief is always met
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage your workload whilst adhering to project deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop knowledge is beneficial
- Local to the Hertford area
