Job Title: Architectural Technician

Location: Essex

Salary: £28000-£33000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for an ambitious and confident Architectural Technician with a keen eye for detail to join a knowledgeable team in Essex. The practice has a strong focus on Retail projects; however they also work across the Residential, Leisure and Public sectors. The team ensures they listen to clients to create innovative, tailormade designs that always meet and exceed the brief.

The successful Architectural Technician will have a strong attention to detail and significant Retail experience. You will need to be motivated to grow your career and confident in your abilities to learn to run projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • A relevant HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience post qualification
  • Good understanding of current UK Building Regulations
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent technical abilities
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence to learn and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Able to liaise with clients, stakeholders and other team members
  • Local to the Essex area
  • Good knowledge of industry standard software
