Architectural Technologist

Bennett and Game have the pleasure of representing a forward thinking Architectural Practice in Milton Keynes, who have recently started searching for creative, enthusiastic candidate to join their ever-growing team. Our client are seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team and are open to Junior level candidates with one or two years post qualification experience.

Our client have high expectations of their new recruits, therefore a successful Architectural Technologist is most likely to display eagerness and enthusiasm for the new opportunity; interest in the practice and their ethos including the type of projects they'd be working on; a willingness to learn and take on information when needed. Our client work on a variety of exciting commercial, industrial and residential projects. Prior sector experience in any of the 3 sectors would be highly advantageous. Project values are typically between the values of £3,000,000 to £40,000,000.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist with ideally a minimum of 1 years' practical experience to join an ambitious, rapidly developing practice around Milton Keynes. They have a strong ethos and are passionate about creating exciting design solutions for their many clients spread across the UK.

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Work on a range of large-scale projects within commercial, residential and industrial sectors
• Liaise with clients
• Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
• Execute technical and detailing skills to a high standard using Revit/ AutoCAD
• Use Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis
• Working on projects from inception to completion but to also be able to work within a specific RIBA stage (0-7)

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Living within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit
• Minimum 1 years practical experience (essential)
• Excellent creativity and technical capabilities
• Enthusiastic person
• Strong ability to work well in a team
