Assembly Line Worker

About:

We are recruiting for an Assembly Line Worker for our client based in Bassingbourn. They are a leading global manufacturer and are looking for a hard-working, hands on individual to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Immediate start
• 7am- 4:30 pm Mon- Thu
• Early finish on Fridays
• Temp to Perm
• Full training provided
