Assistant Building Surveyor
Our client, a Building Consultancy, based in Preston, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working in the Commercial sector on primarily educational projects completing both contract admin and professional work but leaning more towards project work than professional work.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding building consultancy that can offer excellent APC support, working alongside RICS assessors. Hybrid working is also on offer with most projects being within an hour of North West England.
Assistant Building Surveyor Position Salary & Benefits- Salary: £25k - £32k DOE
- Hybrid working- 3 days a week from home
- Holiday: 25 days plus BH
- Pension scheme
- Full APC support from RICS assessors
- 5 hour week
- Progression & support

- Completing a range of Building Surveying duties in the commercial sector
- Working on both project based and professional instructions
- Projects within 1 hour of the North West, primarily.
- Working from the office, sites and from home
- Hold a relevant degree in Building Surveying or similar
- Minimum 6 months industry experience
- Ideally close to sitting final assessment to become MRICS qualified (not essential)
- Full driving licence & North West based
