Assistant Business Centre Manager - £31 000.

We are urgently seeking a City based Assistant Business Centre Manager. To work for an award winning Business Centre Group. The role pays £31 000 and is office based.

Candidates will have a strong customer service and/ or Hotel background.

Duties:

  • Assist in the management of the running of the business centre.
  • Manage the Business Centre in the absence of the Centre Manager.
  • Carry out billing for all clients.
  • Log invoices and charges on in-house system Centre Charge.
  • Process catering orders and meeting room requests.
  • Deal with customer requests in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Book various chargeable services for clients such as couriers and taxis.
  • Issue and ensure receipt of swipe cards, keys, furniture etc to clients.
  • Create and issue welcome packs for new clients.
  • Ensure that all meeting rooms are tidy, safe and welcoming.
  • Conduct viewings of the Business Centre.
  • Organise outgoing post, ensuring that it is properly franked.
  • Provide cover for reception as and when required.
  • Carry out administrative and clerical duties for clients.
