Associate Director (Planning Consultancy) - Greater Manchester - Renewable Energy DCOs and TCPA - £65,000-£85,000

Piper Maddox are working with a well-known planning consultancy in the Greater Manchester area to expand their team and add new Associate Directors to the team.

This is a company that work with a wide range of clients on the planning piece of their projects and these range from DCOs, to TCPA, to EIAs.

You'd be coming in with guaranteed progression into roles which can unlock equity in the business, and also automatically enroll you into their EoT share scheme which makes their business employee owned.

What would your role look like but not be restricted to?:
· Being at the forefront for DCO applications.
· Working on other areas of dev planning to give the best possible advice to internal and external stakeholders.
· Working with people across the whole business unit to ensure projects make it through for the clients you are representing and company targets are met.
· Bidding on projects to bring into the consultancy.
· Looking at project financial up until completion.
· Ensuring you maintain fantastic working relationships with people inside and outside of the business to maintain company branding.
· Keeping up to date with legislative changes for planning.
