Audit and Accounts Senior

• Salary - up to £55k.

Are you an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior who is keen to going a supportive 8 Partners accountancy practice in North London?

Are you ACCA / ACA or CA Qualified?

Having just spoken to one of Audit Partners at this established accountancy practice, I am keen to speak to qualified Auditors looking to join a local firm.

With 8 Partners and c.50 staff firm wide, they a recruiting an Audit Senior to join the audit and accounts department. The Audit Senior with need to be able to work with minimum supervision and be able to lead audits from planning to completion.

The Audit and Accounts Senior role offers a chance to work within a well-established firm who not only encourage staff to work autonomously but offer an exciting client base in a supportive environment. They work with some impressive clients who range from owner managed businesses to large groups with turnovers up to £50m.

What will the Audit and Account Senior role entrail?

• Split of work is 80% audit and 20% accounts and tax
• You will be involved in each phase of audit engagements from planning through to conclusion.
• Preparation of statutory accounts under UK GAAP (FRS 102 and 105).
• Preparation of draft corporation tax computations on the assignments you are involved on.
• Oversee, train and guide junior members of the team
• Utilising CCH

There is off road parking available for those who will be commuting by car, and connections via tube on the Northern Line close by. With a hybrid working policy, employees with be able to work from home 2 days per week offering flexibility. No member of the audit team has had to work overtime and this firm offers a true work-life balance!
