Lincolnshire | Salary: up to £55,000 depending on experience

Our client is a Lincolnshire based firm of Chartered Accountants who are looking to appoint an Audit Manager to join their management team following their continued success and growth.

Overview of duties and responsibilities for the Audit Manager:

To plan and lead audit teams and where appropriate to manage a portfolio of audits under guidance from the relevant Director.
To control budgets and to meet audit objectives.
Review technical audit testing during audit assignments and to work with a team to achieve successful completion of audits on a timely basis.
Review corporation tax computations.
Manage all client queries and client billing within the portfolio of audits
Ensure trainees working within the audit team receive effective on the job training and experience to complement their studies.

Requirements for the Audit Manager:

Experience of working in audit within Practice, proven experience at Manager / Supervisor level, be ACCA / ACA part-qualified, qualified or qualified by experience.
Proven track record of delivering statutory and specialist audit services to a broad portfolio of clients.
Team manager experience
Demonstrate a commercial acumen allowing you to contribute to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients
