?? Are you a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in both B2C and B2B environments? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's innovative startup as a B2C Sales Executive!

�? Duties:

• ?? Conduct outbound calls to both B2C and B2B prospects, introducing our products/services and generating sales leads.
• �? Tailor sales pitches to meet the needs of different audiences and effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
• ?? Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
• ?? Meet weekly and monthly call targets and KPIs, while keeping accurate records in the CRM system.
• ?? Collaborate with the team to identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities and provide feedback on outbound calling strategies.

• ?? Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments.
• ??? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• �? Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to engage prospects.
• ? Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and achieve sales targets.
• ?? Resilient, motivated, and passionate about success in sales.
• ?? Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
