Bicycle Mechanics

Harvey McQueen are looking for an experienced bicycle mechanic, to join a large cycle shop in the BL2 area of Bolton.

Pay Benefits and Hours of work

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
  • 30 minutes unpaid lunch
  • Salary £11.44
  • Excellent working conditions

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining bicycles for customers
  • Inspecting bicycles for safety and functionality
  • Replacing worn components
  • Making adjustments for optimum performance
  • Providing advice on maintenance and repairs
  • Keep accurate records of parts and labour costs
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledgeable in all aspects of bicycle mechanics, from basic maintenance to complex repairs
  • Diagnose and repair bicycles quickly and accurately

Requirements

  • Previous bicycle mechanics experience - at least 1 year
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence and bags of energy
  • Can do attitude
