Business Affairs (French Speaking)

London - Hybrid (3 days a week in the office but potential flexibility)

£600 - £650 a day via umbrella

12 Months Initially

I am working in partnership with a well-known international tech brand to hire a Business Affairs Manager to partner to advise on licensing and execution of intellectual property rights for their Marketing Communications.

This role would be brilliant for someone who wants to join a fantastic brand with a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative, business and legal teams
  • Foster and Maintain relationships across internal and internal stakeholders.
  • Advising on all business affairs matters related to marketing production in France
  • Securing regionally relevant content for customer resonance and engagement

What We're Looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar 'Business Affairs' role
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Ideally an understanding of customer-facing content and associated risks
  • Ideally, experience of IP rights including copyright, trademark and licensing in entertainment of advertising law.
  • Expertise in identifying potential legal and cultural issues across France
  • A passion for apps and content - If you've worked in the technology space that's a bonus!
