This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Consultant to join a leading training solution in Newton Aycliffe.

In this role, you will be the bridging the gap between employers and their training needs. You'll deep dive to understand their strategic goals, be it growing internal talent, retaining or recruiting their workforce. Following this you will match employers with the perfect solution from their extensive catalogue of short courses, commercial programmes, and apprenticeships.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through phone calls, social media, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct research to identify potential employer partnerships who could benefit from the businesses expertise.
  • Utilise their raining portfolio to craft bespoke solutions that meet employers' specific needs.
  • Manage and nurture existing relationships with employers, ensuring their continued success.
  • Identify talent by manage CVs, track results, and follow up with both learners and employers to ensure success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment or training would be advantageous
  • Experience of building strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
