Working for this well-respected global training provider as Business Development Manager you’ll target various business sectors: Generating leads, pitching, pricing, negotiating and closing business.
Salary – Circa £45,000 Per annum + Commission (First year expected 70-90K total)
Location – Canary Wharf / Hybrid – 1 day in office, 4 from home
Role Type – Permanent / Full time / 9-5:30 / Mon-Fri

The Role
Being able to identify and approach new business is key as you will actively engage with businesses whilst also managing some warm, pre-existing accounts. A key aspect of your job will involve continuous prospecting and hunting for new accounts, as well as identifying growth opportunities within our existing client base. Your pitching will occur both face-to-face and via digital platforms like Teams, requiring flexibility and adaptability in your approach to sales. This role suits someone with a proactive mindset who can identify key decision makers.
This is a consultative sales role that will require you to be able to construct tailor made pitches bespoke to different clients. If you have previous experience within a Learning Solutions business, it is particularly advantageous however we are open to SAAS and IT solutions backgrounds too.
