Business Development Manager

R13 are pleased to be assisting a fantastic business in their search for a Business Development Manager join their team working across Norfolk/Suffolk. This is a newly introduced role, so a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to take a step up in their B2B career.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday with flexibility required for occasional weekend working. The offered salary for this role is £40,000 basic with uncapped earning potential (OTE £65k).

The day to day

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Developing and refining strategy for new business growth in line with financial targets.
• Accurate sales and product forecasting.
• Address customer issues promptly and adapt sales strategies based on changing market conditions.

You will have/be

• Previous business development/sales experience.
• Proven track record within a sales environment.
• Excellent communication skills including negotiating, presenting, pitching and listening.
• Highly organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise and meet targets.
• A full UK driving license.
