Business Development Manager

Financial Services - Conveyancing Services

£40,000 plus car allowance and commission

Working from home , although monthly visits to the Head Office in Surrey

North/East London, Essex & Hertfordshire region

Your role will require you to actively engage with existing accounts via all media (phone, e-mail, 'Teams/Zoom’ and Face to Face visits) to ensure that strong working relationships are maintained, whilst seeking further opportunities to grow/expand these accounts further still.

You will also be required to research/source potential new accounts to 'bring onboard’ and to seek to grow these to maximum potential (these requirements may also necessitate the need for 'group presentations’ of our products and services)

You will have autonomy to manage your own diary in line with call planning, territory management and any necessary administrative tasks, whilst also dealing incoming enquiries/queries etc. (although this work is also supported by an experienced 'helpdesk team’ located within our head office).

You will also receive regular Management Information/Activity reports etc, to assist in identifying opportunities in support of targeted accounts.

The successful applicant will 'inherit’ a well-established, well managed territory with in excess of 500 active introducers with still significant potential for growth

This position would ideally suit an individual who has BDM experience within the Mortgage/Financial Services/Estate Agency space &/or has strong contacts within this sector, along with a good understanding of the conveyancing process.
