Business Support Administrator

Are you looking for an admin role where you can join a long-standing team and be part of the new expansion they are going through? If so, this is the role for you!

We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our client’s team at a very exciting time. The role involves providing effective and efficient helpdesk support within the organisation, ensuring excellent customer service and full implementation of training guides, policies, and procedures.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Resolve phone queries by identifying the caller and the purpose of their call, providing solutions in line with company policies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly via telephone or email, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage voice mail recordings and contact training providers about outstanding spot checks on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct quality checks on issued cards and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with goods/services.
  • Produce registrations accurately and efficiently, adhering to a 48-hour turnaround time.
  • Handle incoming calls with high levels of communication and accuracy, ensuring GDPR compliance and recording calls on the internal enquiry system.
  • Follow up on operator queries using the bespoke system and process within the allotted 14 days’ timeframe.
  • Perform quality checks on online applications, including photograph identity checks and administering spot checks.
  • Meet agreed KPIs, maintaining high levels of accuracy and concentration to keep error rates low.
  • Undertake general business administration office duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Business Administration or Customer Service Level 2 or above is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Competent with using office equipment and IT software, including databases and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
