Business Support Assistant

£12.38 per hour

Full time Monday - Friday (37 hours per week)

Hybrid

Temporary - 6 months but may be extended / lead to other opportunities

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Business Support Assistant on a temporary basis.

You will be based in a busy Child Protection Team, with responsibilities including:

  • Assisting with the management of the team mailbox
  • Responding to enquiries from professionals.
  • Communicating with professionals regarding the arrangement of child protection conferences
  • Distributing invitations for child protection conferences via email to professionals and families
  • Any other administration support the wider team needs.
  • Handling confidential documents.
