Role: Capital Accountant

Type: Interim

Salary: £450 to £600 per day

Fully Remote

Location: Leicestershire

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Capital Accountant for our Local Authority client.

Key responsibilities for the Capital Accountant are;

  • Extensive Capital Accounting experience
  • Experience in closing down capital year-end accounts
  • Knowledge of effective budget preparation and monitoring
  • Understanding of statutory accounting and reporting requirements
  • General Accounting principles understanding.

The Ideal candidate for the Capital Accountant will have;

  • Local Authority experience
  • Fully Qualified Accountant
  • Stakeholder Management experience
  • Financial Systems and Excel experience.
