Fantastic opportunity for a Case Handler for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. The client prides themselves on providing an exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees.
 
As a leading figure in the claim’s arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Case Handler will be responsible for proactively managing clients repair instructions, administering tasks and adding value to the customer journey. Communicating with contractors, policyholders and clients to a high professional standard keeping them informed at key stages.
 
In return, the Case Handler will expect a salary of up to £26,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with property repairs and organising contractors to fix the damage
  • Moving the claims through the system, making sure they are meeting SLA’s
  • Dealing with escalations and complaints
  • Reporting on claim progression
  • Ensure all details are added correctly onto the system
  • Other relevant ad-hoc duties when necessary
Skills & Requirements:
  • Case management/ handling experience is imperative
  • Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs
