Change Management Specialist
  • Annual Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Location: Kingston

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join an NHS team based in Kingston. This role is crucial for driving transformation and ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives within the healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, with experience in the healthcare sector being highly advantageous.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead change management projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications regarding changes.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness and track and report issues related to the change process.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within the NHS or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Forward-looking with a holistic approach.
  • Organisational skills and a natural ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts.
