My client, a charitable foundation is currently recruiting for a highly organised Charity Administrator on a part time basis, and working in a small environment.

Main Duties of the Charity Administrator:

Day-to-day support - with an emphasis on operations / administration / customer service / marketing.

Fundraising - a focus on account management of existing supporters and partners rather than 'business development’ e.g. processing donations, thanking supporters, answering enquiries, helping to steward and sustain relationships with founding partner organisations.

Grant management - administration and processing of grants and management of applicant enquiries and relationships, including support on sourcing case studies and testimonials.

CRM - data inputting to CRM and supporting the development of processes for data collection, recording and management; knowledge and experience of GDPR is desirable, across both fundraising and grant management (donors and grantees respectively).

Comms and marketing - day-to-day management of social media channels (Twitter and LinkedIn), developing content (for website, social channels, news articles etc), supporting the General Manager on increasing the overall awareness of the Foundation among target audiences both in the UK and internationally (supporters and potential grantees).
