Chef Manager

• Annual Salary: £32k - £35k
• Location: Wimbeldon or Sutton 
• Job Type: Full-time (Shifts: 12pm - 9pm or 2pm - 11pm)

We are seeking a passionate Lebanese Head Chef to lead a dedicated team of four in a vibrant culinary environment. This role is ideal for a chef who excels in Lebanese cuisine and is adept at managing kitchen operations efficiently.

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Lebanese dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and taste.
• Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and supervising the team to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Develop menu offerings, plan and price items, and ensure the variety and quality of servings.
• Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, manage inventory, and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the culinary team.
• Collaborate with the management team to align kitchen operations with the overall goals of the establishment.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, specialising in Lebanese cuisine.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team in a kitchen environment.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and culinary trends.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising food quality or safety.
