Are you a skilled Chef looking for a new opportunity to showcase your talent? We are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Chef. If you have a flair for culinary artistry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment
• Learn menu items and ensure correct ingredients are available
• Cook meals in a timely manner
• Ensure high standards of taste and presentation
• Work effectively with the kitchen team ensuring efficient and smooth operation
• Inform wait staff about daily specials, promoting collaboration and synchronisation between the kitchen and the front of house team
• Adhere to all hygiene and health and safety standards
• Closing down the kitchen ensuring areas are clean and prep is completed for the next day

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, with a understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Solid knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to effectively communicate
• A creative and innovative approach to food preparation and presentation.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
