Our client is a new restaurant; whose aim is to provide delicious nourishing food from around the world and they are looking for a chef to bring their vision to reality.

The chef role will be overseeing all the back of house operation and ensuring the quality of food.

As the chef your duties will include following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing the food for the breakfast menu
• Preparing the food for the lunch menu
• Preparing the food for the dinner menu
• Managing inventory
• Managing all kitchen operations
• Completing cleaning schedules
• Regular checks of cleanliness and stocks

• Experience managing a kitchen team

• Pay Rate: £16 per hour
• Hours: 40 hours per week
