As an Adjusting Executive (Property Claims Handler), you'll play a crucial role in their highly successful Home/Domestic Claims team, working on a mix of office and remote-based assignments.

Your Role:
As an Adjusting Executive, you'll work closely with our adjusters to handle domestic claims with values up to £100k, ensuring fair and accurate settlements and ultimately, highly satisfied customers.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service throughout the claim process, and supporting adjusters in their work.

Skills and Qualifications:
Cert CILA/Cert CII or willingness to attain within the first year , Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal .Ability to identify and adapt to customer vulnerabilities. Competent IT skills and ability to maintain electronic files .
Proactive mindset with strong time management skills
