As the Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing all national clients across the UK, ensuring outstanding service delivery and satisfaction. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all national clients across the UK, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to win new business from national clients and expand the client portfolio.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with national contracts and franchisees, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct regular audits on workers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues promptly, and optimise service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on client performance, market trends, and business development activities to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a national or multi-site capacity.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
