Client Services Specialist

  • Location: Redhill, Surrey
  • Salary:  £25-26,000 per annum

We are seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our team during an exciting period of growth and development. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in customer care who is methodical, highly organised, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Provide client support via telephone and email using our client management system.
  • Ensure all email enquiries are responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Administer and monitor the order processing system, maintaining accurate records.
  • Download and record patient results from laboratory partners accurately and promptly.
  • Handle sensitive data in accordance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Deliver patient results to practitioners in a timely and secure manner.
  • Perform ad-hoc office duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in a client services or customer care role.
  • Excellent call handling and telephone skills.
  • Superb customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as G Suite, Hubspot (or similar CRM software), and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Thorough attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain rational and think clearly under pressure.
  • A strong team player who can also work independently using their own initiative.
