The Role:
  • Analysis and interpretation of licencing requirements
  • Finding Solutions to complex and bespoke licensing requests
  • Assist clients on queries relating to software licensing, billing and contract renewals
  • Processing new sales and trials in accordance with the clients Software License Agreement including dispatch of software licences and processing of invoices 
  • Drafting quotations for new and additional license requests
  • Assist with client queries with the Senior Coordinator


The Requirements:
  • Proven track record of handling complex queries and tasks in a pressurized environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review the quality of own output.
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience of dealing with corporate clients and individuals at all levels
  • Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
  • Experience in interpreting legal contracts
  • Experience understanding and working with financials and invoices Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude with the determination to solve problems and seek solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven administration and organizational skills with the ability work on own initiative, juggle tasks and prioritize work.
  • Preferred IT skills with an aptitude for easily learning new IT systems and computer skills.
  • An eye for detail and excellence
  • Proven to be an effective team member to contribute to their own team as well as other parts of the business.
