A new opportunity with a dynamic and progressive law firm for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor has become available in Huddersfield. This Legal 500, award winning law firm is one of the top 50 fastest-growing companies in Yorkshire.

If career progression is important to you, this is an opportunity not to be missed, this firm is passionate about career progression and job fulfilment.

The role will involve working closely with a Senior Associate and Director, assisting them on complex and high value clinical negligence claims, while also maintaining a caseload of approximately 40 cases of lower complexity and value, across all types of clinical negligence work.

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors, trainee solicitors, legal executives, or paralegals with experience of running their own files. They will also consider those with experience of either Claimant work or Defendant work.

On their own cases, the successful candidate would be expected to undertake all aspects of a clinical negligence claim, from initial case planning through investigation and obtaining evidence, the pre-action protocol, issuing and serving of proceedings, and litigation all the way to trial where necessary. You would of course be closely supervised, supported, and trained by more experienced colleagues.

If you are a driven Clinical Negligence Solicitor and meet the above criteria, please apply directly via the link or contact Rachael Atherton at G2 Legal Recruitment.
