Position: CNC Turner (Setting & Operating)

Salary – £13.00 - £16.00p/h (Overtime at enhanced rate)

Location – Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm

                     Friday - 6am-11:30-am/11:30am-5pm

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner to join a dynamic team. As a leading manufacturing company, they specialise in delivering high-quality precision components for the automotive and aerospace industry. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing company.

The Role:

Setting and operating a range of 2 and 3 axis Lathes.

  • The use of turning Machinery to manufacture precision engineered components for the aerospace and automotive industry.
  • Work alone and as part of a team to share knowledge as well as maximise efficiency
  • Multi product component assembly with auto feed and handling systems.

The Candidate:

  • Have previous experience working as a turner or similar industry.
  • Experience with Mazatrol and Fanuc experience.
  • Able to quality check own parts
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with a high level of quality standards achieved
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
