Commercial Finance Partner | West Kent / London / Hybrid | £58k

Our client, an exciting and fast paced services business with offices in London and Kent, are looking to appoint a Commercial Finance Partner to join their finance team the role will require frequent travel to the London office. This role is working as a business partner to the operational teams to provide financial and commercial analysis to deliver strategic plans and financial goals.

Key Duties:

  • Contribute to the business' growth strategy and provide detailed analysis.
  • You will be responsible for producing the annual budget, forecasting, and driving financial performance across the group.
  • Business partner with internal stakeholders
  • KPI calculations
  • Attend and run monthly meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Advance current benchmarking analysis and process to ensure the business continues to offer great pay and employment benefits to all staff.
  • Prepare budget for staffing costs alongside HR and Commercial Finance Managers.
  • Financial modelling for ad-hoc projects

Role requirements:

  • A qualified / part-qualified accountant with a strong commercial background (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Ability to communicate with both finance and non-financial colleagues.
  • Motivated to progress within the finance function of a growing business.
  • Able to manage a variety of stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to identify issues and use initiative to solve problems.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good system skills including intermediate excel.
