The team

• The global litigation team have successfully steered clients through some of the most complex and high-value lawsuits, investigations and arbitrations, and can utilize that experience to help you reach a successful outcome.
• The litigation lawyers are supported by a market-leading Litigation Technology, Project Management and Data Analysis team which helps drive efficiency and achieve better results for you.

Your duties will include:

• Oversee all aspects of litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies, identify precedents, and interpret relevant Liaise with clients to understand their objectives, provide legal advice, and keep them informed about case developments.
• Prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, and affidavits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.
