Role:
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. You will be handling a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, providing strategic advice, and representing clients in both courts and arbitrations. Your caseload will be varied, encompassing contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, professional negligence claims, and more. Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation
- Demonstrable experience in managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to construct persuasive arguments
- Excellent client care skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice
- Proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
