Role:
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. You will be handling a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, providing strategic advice, and representing clients in both courts and arbitrations. Your caseload will be varied, encompassing contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, professional negligence claims, and more. - Proven track record of business development and maintaining client relationships
