Exciting Opportunity for Commercial Property Solicitor in Scotland!

I am currently seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with 2 to 4 years of experience to join a leading real estate team in Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to work with international and UK market-leading retailers, hotel operators, and private equity investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing legal advice to prominent retail and leisure clients.
  • Assisting high-end hotel owners and operators.
  • Advising domestic and foreign Private Equity advisors on Scottish investments.
  • Collaborating on cross-border deals with English and international firms.
  • Managing landlord and tenant estate transactions while building client relationships.
Required Skills:
  • 2 to 4 years of strong commercial property experience
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
