Complaints Handler
Manchester-based

We're currently working with a leading top 100 ranked UK Law firm, with an incredible northern presence. Currently looking for someone to join them as Complaints Handler, dealing with all client complaints received by the firm.

You will use knowledge of the SRA regulationa and legal ombudsman rules to effectively provide feedback and guidance to fee earners and resolve complaints.

Researching legal and regulatory changes, that will affect complaints handling, analysing data to assess problem areas, deliver training on complaints prevention.
