You will be working for an established company which has transformed the UK's infrastructure. This company focusses on sustainable infrastructure. Their work spans various sectors. This organisation is based in North Birmingham, with an immediate start date.

Your new role
As the Compliance Coordinator, you will focus on the administration of updating databases and all use of Excel. This role requires communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and requires the support of operations teams with training and guidance. As Compliance Coordinator, you will produce ad-hoc reports, as well as support ad-hoc projects. This role also includes daily monitoring and processing of shared mailbox requests, so experience of this would be essential. A key function for this role is to ensure the CAFM processes are being followed and are auditable.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have relevant and recent experience in office co-ordination. Good literacy skills and previous experience of using Excel is essential to being successful. You must also have the initiative to solve problems independently as well as be proactive in looking for issues to identify opportunities. This role requires a flexible and adaptive approach whilst having a positive working attitude. Having previous experience using CAFM as well as Lookups and Pivot Tables would be beneficial to allow you to hit the ground running.
