Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be speaking to customers registering new accounts and handling a range of customer service enquiries.

The role will be mainly telephone based and responding to emails and you will be ensuring the best level of client care is provided and their five star rating is upheld!

Profile

Ideally some Contact Centre experience however if you have the right transferable skills the business can be open to background

Extremely customer centric

Confident telephone manner

Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

A good team player

Passionate about delivering the best level of customer service
