An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor or legal executive to join this 1st Tier Legal 500 firm in central London.

You will be joining a leading team of specialists, providing unparalleled Court of Protection Deputyship support.

The firm has an excellent reputation for dispute resolution work, handling a variety of maters for private & commercial clients.

The role:

You will be handling a busy caseload and submersing yourself in the culture of the firm
Primarily contentious probate files but other matters such as professional negligence too
Support and delegate to less experienced member of the team.

Applications invited from:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
Previous experience in Contested Probate - this is ESSENTIAL
Strong academics
