We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join an industry leading company based in Birmingham. This will be a site-based role overseeing contacts within the midlands area, varying from Stoke - Oxford.
Responsibilities of the Contracts Manager:
- Oversee the whole contract from start to finish.
- Take a contract from an enquiry through to fruition.
- Finding the right projects to be worked on.
- Pricing tender packages - visiting site with subcontractors / specialist.
- Ordering of materials.
- Control of cost on projects.
- Raising subcontract orders / Pos.
The successful candidate will:
- Experience and understanding of working with flat roofing.
- Experienced in pricing up contracts.
- Confident in leadership.
- Experience of being client facing.
- Hold a valid CSCS Card.
