Contracts Manager Head OF Groups

This is a newly created job opportunity, with our New Client we are excited to be working with.

Specialising in Group travel through Europe, they are known for their passion and dedication to their clients in creating the best and most memorable tours for them.

You will be overseeing their hotel and land services contracting team (a team of nearly 10 people) and working very closing with the sales team.

Reporting to the company Directors.

• Targeting destinations in Europe, including UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Benelux.
• Focus on service areas including hotels 3-5*, MICE wellness hotels and properties.
• Support the contracting team in their career development and achieving goals.
• Develop and implement training for individuals where required.

Experience our client is seeking:

• Sourcing new products / Hotel Contracting - Ideally

• IF you are an experienced Revenue Manager and wish to cross over to contracting, our client would consider your application.

• Managing a team - MUST

• Managing supplier relationships of Hotels/ OTA.

• Product development groups.

• Competitor monitoring in Travel - DMC / Tour Operators.

This is a Hybrid 4 days working in the office position due to the nature of the position and responsibility.
