Excited to bring this opportunity to market, I am working with a reputable and long-standing solicitors based in the centre of Taunton reaching out to us as they have ALWAYS promoted within, they are looking to bring a conveyancer into their current team with a salary of £30k. We have identified the type of conveyancer they need for the role is somebody with a minimum of 2 years experience working their own case loads willing to be welcomed into their office with open arms and to work as part of the team but also confident in solo work with minimal supervision.

Benefiting from a bonus scheme based on your own merit not departmental, with a very flexible approach to work and a fantastic balance of office and home working and plenty of support. This includes being put through any training and gaining further qualifications that can help you grow and develop in the role. Understanding that you are not just a number and will be an integral part of their team with salary increases upon appraisal. Due to the structure of the business the opportunity to eventually head up the department is also an option. Free on site parking with offices easy to access via public transport routes. 

Working a varied case load dealing with sales, purchases, leaseholds, freehold, unregistered title, shared ownership and help to buy schemes. With the allocation of conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process.

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role required.
Good written and oral communication skills.

This role requires a DBS check.
