Conveyancer
Are you an experienced Warwickshire based Conveyancer looking for the next step in your career at a legal 500 firm known for its great quality of work?
My client is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to bolster its team at its busy Coventry office, as well as acting as occasional support for its Stratford office.
Your daily duties would include running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold matters
- Sales and purchase
- Re-mortgages
- Shared ownership
- Title checking
- Business development duties
You would be reporting to the Head of Conveyancing whilst supervising and managing other fee earners and administration staff within the firm’s structure.
On offer is a competitive salary in line with your experience, the chance to work for a Legal 500 firm, discounted legal fees, a company pension scheme, as well as an extra day’s holiday on your birthday and real room for progression.
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ experience in running your own caseload. You will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as having a sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and Anti-Money Laundering legislation. Due to the nature of the position a driving license and use of own vehicle is essential for the occasional support of the Stratford office.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancer looking to step in to a more experienced and supervisory role at a Legal 500 firm with a fantastic reputation across Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Apply online or contact Toby Ryan at G2 Legal today!
Please note – the salary bracket is for guidance only. Experience will be taken in to account when assessing salary.
