Conveyancing Assistant / Conveyancing Paralegal


Our key client, a forward thinking, modern law firm is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their high performing property department in the Lake District. The firm has an excellent reputation across the North West and prides itself on client care and a friendly, welcoming working environment. The firm focus on lower volume, higher quality work and this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a fantastic team that offers longevity, structure and support.

The Role

  • Deal with and respond to client enquiries
  • Assist the fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads from inception to completion
  • Service new and existing clients to an exceptional standard
  • Deal with any admin and ad hoc duties
  • Open and close files for the solicitors and fee earners

The Candidate

  • Essential - Possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a conveyancing role
  • Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
