An exciting opportunity for a Solicitor has arisen to join a Legal 500 ranked Court of Protection Department in south London.

You will become part of a dedicated team of specialists at the forefront of providing unparalleled Court of Protection support.

Your duties will include:

  • Manage intricate health and welfare COP matters and support vulnerable clients
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising Partner
  • Navigate Personal Injury Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and craft compelling applications for the Court of Protection

As their new Court of Protection Solicitor, you will:

  • Be a newly qualified Solicitor or a higher PQE (those that are senior are welcome to apply)
  • Have pre-qualification experience in Court of Protection
  • Have outstanding academics
