My client, a Legal 100 firm, is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor/Legal Executive (FILEx) to join its growing team that supports clients in managing their funds to meet their ongoing needs. 

What will you do?

  • Support the Deputy or Trustee 
  • Court applications, annual reporting 
  • Liaise with a range of family members but also other professionals also assisting the client 

What do you need?

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FILEx) with at least 1 year’s post qualification
  • Have experience working with clients - both vulnerable and those who have suffered catastrophic injury
  • Must be comfortable handling your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience making Court of Protection applications
