Are you a well-versed Creative Designer in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop?

Do you thrive working in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in artworking and sending print-ready files to supplier?

THE JOB:

  • Design on-site printed material to improve the guest journey/experience.
  • Design digital assets for our social media, website, mailers and digital adverts as well as a mending existing designs for new uses/product changes.
  • Brainstorm and put forward creative ideas for projects alongside the Senior and Middleweight Creative.
  • Work alongside the Creatives to carry out photoshoots on-site and assist in planning.
  • Liaise with our Marketing Executives and Project Managers to ensure project timelines, brief requirements and site expectations are managed and met.
  • Generate fresh creative solutions to improve the current output from the Marketing Team.
  • Visit our properties to carry out (when needed) audits.
  • Ensure stakeholder visions are brought to life.
  • Creating material which follows brand guidelines and assisting in the brand evolution.
  • Artworking all print and sending to external parties.
  • Supplying brand assets to external suppliers.
  • Keep up to date with design trends and competitors.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 2 Years minimum design experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • The ability to use after Premier Pro is desirable, but not essential.
  • Understanding of design for print vs digital.
  • Strong typography and layout skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of print and the print process, and to be able to liaise with printers confidently if needed to do so.
  • Comfortable working to current brand guidelines to create the day-to-day output that our properties will require.
  • Ability and skill to communicate your ideas and work clearly.
  • A team player with the ability to manage your own workload and meet department deadlines.

THE PACKAGE:

  • 28-30K per annum
  • 40h per week on a Monday – Friday basis
