Creative Director

-Manchester/Hybrid

-up to £65k+bonus

Our client is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Media City, Salford Quays. Due to their large success across social and digital campaigns, they work with some of the world's most leading brands.

Their recent growth has opened a vacancy within the strategy team for a Creative Director. They are looking for someone that can innovate to drive the agency and generate groundbreaking content across all forms of media. From UGC, live action, animation, and graphic design, you'll lead the creative charge ensuring that every campaign exceeds client expectations.

Day to day responsibilities of the Creative Director:

  • Lead the creative execution of multi-platform social-first campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Creative Strategy teams to refine and implement campaign visions, producing content that is innovative, engaging, and impactful.
  • Oversee a broad spectrum of content creation, including but not limited to UGC, live action shoots, animation, motion design, and graphic design, ensuring high-quality and consistency across all outputs.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform changes, applying this knowledge to drive content that breaks through the noise and truly engages.
  • Cultivate and lead a dynamic creative team, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
