Description

Credit Control Supervisor

  • Oversee the daily operations of the credit control team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders and agencies.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
  • Proven experience in a credit control or financial supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using financial software and databases.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Job Offer
