Credit Controller

• Proactively chase payment and overdue debts to prevent default payments and bad debt.
• Perform account reconciliations and generate reports to maintain accurate financial records.
• Support the sales ledger team with various tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assess and conduct credit checks on future clients to mitigate the risk of bad debt.

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
• Strong understanding of credit control processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients via phone and email.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
